Returns & Exchanges
Our goal is to provide the best service and high quality products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can simply return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note that You return the items on your expenses and you can choose another product(s) to exchange or you will be refunded once the item(s) will be delivered back to us.
Exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned item(s) must including original tags.
- Returned item(s) must be in unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition.
In case your parcel is damaged, on arrival you must declare such damage before the courier.
Shipping
Our orders are delivered via national mail service. Average delivery time for the international standard shipping (€15) is 5-15 days. Alternatively, courrier service (€25) is delivered within one week in Europe.
